In plain language
Boothly v1 is a lead/contact marketplace. It does not process final DJ or gear rental payments.
1. Boothly does not hold deposits
In v1, final payment and any deposit are agreed directly and settled off-platform between host and professional. Boothly does not process payments.
2. Cancellations & No-Shows (Disclaimer)
Boothly accepts no liability or responsibility for cancellations or if a DJ or host fails to show up. Any compensation claim must be resolved directly between the parties.
3. Host cancellation
The host should notify immediately through messages and follow the terms agreed directly with the DJ/provider.
4. DJ/provider cancellation
The professional should notify immediately and help with an alternative where possible.
5. Boothly role
Boothly keeps the connection and lead history organized, but is not escrow, mediator, or a payment arbitrator.
