In plain language

Boothly v1 is a lead/contact marketplace. It does not process final DJ or gear rental payments.

We keep the information needed for login, user role, profiles and basic account security.

Event requests, gear requests, offers and messages are stored so both sides have a recollection of the agreements.

Identity or business evidence is held in private storage only for review and deleted immediately after the decision.

Only after cookie consent do we enable Vercel Analytics, Speed Insights and, when configured, Google Analytics for basic usage measurement.

You can request account deletion through support. We delete data and files we control except where retention is legally required.
