In plain language
Boothly v1 is a lead/contact marketplace. It does not process final DJ or gear rental payments.
1. Accounts and roles
Individuals, businesses, DJs, gear providers and admins have different workspaces and permissions.
2. Boothly fees
Individuals use Boothly for free. Businesses and professionals pay a monthly subscription for lead access and visibility. No commission on the final fee.
3. Limitation of Liability (No-Shows / Disputes)
Boothly is solely a connection platform. We accept no responsibility or liability if a party fails to show up or if a dispute arises. All disputes must be resolved directly between the parties.
4. Payment Terms (Off-Platform)
We do not process, hold, or handle event fees. All financial agreements and payments are settled directly between the host and the DJ off-platform.
5. Direct agreement
Final price, payment, invoicing, cancellation and delivery are agreed directly between the two parties.
6. Messages and trust
Boothly may restrict accounts that send spam, fake requests or misleading offers.
